Mike Adams - Senior Groundsman
We are well known for the immaculate state of our valley and much of this is down to the hard work of Mike, who has been with us since 2004. He takes enormous pride in his work and will always be found somewhere out on the grounds with his faithful shadow Sassy, who herself is a firm favourite with our clients. Do say hello if you see them when you visit!

Clothing items I couldn’t live without: Spending most of my time outside, I really rely on my Schöffel fleece to keep me warm - it is great for layering under my waterproofs. I also would not be without my RB baseball cap - I have had one of each style as it comes out, and my favourite is the Special Edition 30th Anniversary cap which came out this year .

Favourite way to spend a Sunday: Spending time with my children and my wife - we usually go out for a walk, or out to a local car boot sale and then have a relaxed afternoon at home.

My last meal: It would have to be my wife's Sunday roast - pork, with crispy crackling, onion gravy and bread sauce . I'm not a great pudding lover, but a glass of rum would wash it down nicely!
