- Clothing item I couldn’t live without: I absolutely couldn’t live without my Le Chameau Vierzonord Wellies- they have seen me through many a wet and muddy day. I have also fallen in love with the Ashridge jacket from the Barbour SS21 Collection- this will certainly be my next purchase from our Country Store.
- Favourite way to spend a Sunday: Every Sunday, whatever the weather, I start the day at the stables and take Bubble (my horse) out for a ride…. a good canter in Windsor Great Park is hard to beat. I would then head to a traditional country pub for lunch and a glass of rose with friends and my miniature dachshund ‘Purdey’.
- My last meal: Ooh gosh this is a tough one! I would start with ordering a big tapas board for everyone to share, then the main event would have to be Berkshire venison served with dauphinoise potatoes and tender stem broccoli, before finishing with a rich chocolate cheesecake (I have a mild chocolate addiction).
