Hannah Bowles - Retail Administrator
Hannah joined us this summer, to assist Alastair with our rapidly growing retail operation, by providing support in everything from developing our online Country Store to managing the paperwork for repair works and servicing in the Gun Room. A busy mum to two boys and lover of the outdoors, Hannah has settled into life at the RB surprisingly quickly - Alastair doesn't quite know what he did without her!

Clothing items I couldn’t live without: Just after I started here, we took delivery of the Anna Lascata Catherine Tweed Coat and I just couldn't resist - it is light enough to wear all day and has some beautiful detailing. My other absolute 'must' is a pair of Le Chameau wellies - the neoprene keeps you warm without thick socks and the full length zip makes getting them off so easy after a muddy walk!

Favourite way to spend a Sunday: We live surrounded by stunning countryside, so a long windy walk with the family and my 2 dogs, followed by a Sunday roast, log fire and a bottle of red wine, preferably not cooked by me!

My last meal: I totally love the food at the Royal Oak in Yattendon - especially their soft shell crab, which would start my meal off. Then, a good pheasant curry with lashings of coriander and naan, finishing with a cheese board (my all-time favourite) with port.
